Private Label Textile Manufacturing in Turkey
DRU Textile, based in Denizli, Turkey, manufactures baby, hotel and home textiles under our customers' own brands. This page is for brands, wholesalers, retailers and e-commerce sellers who want finished products carrying their own logo, labels and packaging. It explains which branding elements we apply, which product groups the service covers, how a private label project runs from brief to export, and how minimum order quantities and pricing are agreed.
What Private Label Production Means at DRU Textile
In private label production, we manufacture the product and you sell it under your own brand. Your logo, labels, hangtags and packaging appear on the finished goods, so the product carries your brand identity.
We work in two ways. In Private Label (OEM) projects, we produce to your own designs and specifications. In Brand Label (ODM) projects, we start from our existing product designs and adapt them under your brand. Both routes follow the same controlled process, from yarn to the packed product.
With more than 60 years of textile manufacturing experience and over 10 years of export experience, we produce knitted and woven fabrics and turn them into finished products. This means fabric, accessories, sewing and branding are managed in one transparent process.
Branding Elements We Apply to Your Products
Branding details are agreed at the start of each project and confirmed on the sample before bulk production. The options below can be combined depending on the product, the fabric and your target price.
- Logo application: embroidery, print or jacquard weaving, depending on the product and fabric
- Brand labels: woven or printed neck and side labels carrying your brand name and logo
- Care labels: composition and washing instructions in the content and languages you approve for your target market
- Hangtags: printed swing tags in your design, carrying the information you provide, such as product details or barcodes
- Branded packaging: bags, boxes, bands or inserts designed for your brand, with the folding and packing method agreed per order
When Your Artwork Is Not Final Yet
You do not need finished label and packaging files to start. If your artwork is still in progress, label and packaging details can be developed together during sampling and confirmed before production.
Product Groups Available Under Your Brand
Private label production applies across our finished product ranges. Each group has its own customisation options, which are confirmed in the quotation.
Baby and Children's Textiles
Bodysuits, sleeping bags, 1.0 and 1.5 TOG pyjama sets, children's bathrobes, hooded towels, beach ponchos, blankets and muslin swaddles in sizes from 0 to 8 years. Colour, pattern, print, embroidery, logo, size, labels, hangtags and packaging can all be customised. Fabrics include 100% cotton, organic cotton, modal and bamboo.
Hotel Textiles
Towels, bathrobes, bath mats, bed sheets and duvet cover sets, as well as hotel slippers and pillows. Towels and bathrobes can carry an embroidered logo, towels can be jacquard or plain woven with a dobby border, and slippers can carry a printed logo. Terry products are produced from 300 to 800 GSM and woven fabrics from 145 to 400 TC.
Home Textiles
Bathrobes, duvet cover sets and bath mats for brands, concept stores and marketplace sellers. Branding options include embroidery, jacquard, custom labels and logos. Bathrobes are made in shawl collar, kimono and hooded styles, and duvet cover sets in plain-dyed, printed, striped and satin weave options.
Fabric Buyers: Custom Fabric Development
For knitted and woven fabrics, we use the term Custom Fabric Development rather than private label. Fabrics are developed to your required weight, width and construction and supplied as wholesale roll fabric, with per colour and total minimums confirmed in each quotation.
Who Private Label Manufacturing Is For
Private label production suits new and established brands, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, importers and e-commerce sellers. In hotel textiles it is also relevant for hotels, laundries, spas and project buyers, and in home textiles for concept stores and marketplace sellers.
- New brands preparing a first collection and looking for guidance on fabric, sizing and labelling
- Established brands adding products or moving existing lines to a new manufacturer in Turkey
- Wholesalers and distributors who want a consistent product under their own label
- Hotels and project buyers who need logo textiles to a defined standard
- E-commerce and marketplace sellers who need retail-ready packaging
How a Private Label Project Runs
Every project follows the same eight steps, so you always know what comes next and where your approval is needed.
- 1Product brief
You share the product, quantities, target price and branding requirements, along with any reference samples or images.
- 2Sourcing
We select yarn, fabric and accessories to match the brief, together with label, hangtag and packaging materials.
- 3Sample
We produce a sample with your branding applied so you can check fit, feel, colour and label placement. Samples are free of charge for baby and home textiles; for other products, sample terms are confirmed in the quotation.
- 4Approval
The sample you approve becomes the reference for bulk production, quality control and packaging.
- 5Production
Fabric, cutting, sewing and branding are carried out according to the approved sample.
- 6Quality control
Products are checked against the approved sample for measurements, colour, workmanship, labels and packaging.
- 7Packaging
Goods are folded, labelled and packed in your branded packaging as agreed.
- 8Export
Delivery can be arranged on common Incoterms such as EXW, FOB or DAP; the right option is agreed for each order.
Flexible MOQ Options Depending on Product and Material
Minimum order quantities are set per product rather than as one figure for every order. They depend on factors such as fabric dyeing, printing and the branded trims and packaging each product needs, and they are confirmed in each quotation.
Our approach is Competitive Project-Based Pricing. Each project is quoted on its fabric, construction, quantity and branding, with the aim of reaching the highest quality achievable at your target price.
If your quantities are not final yet, share your product list and estimated volumes. We will look at suitable options together.
