Textile Manufacturing Solutions for Brands and Wholesalers

DRU Textile is a textile manufacturer based in Denizli, Turkey, producing baby and children's textiles, hotel textiles, home textiles, and knitted and woven fabrics. Building on more than 60 years of textile manufacturing experience and over 10 years of exporting, we turn the fabrics we produce into finished, export-ready products. We work with brands, wholesalers, distributors, hotels, retailers, importers and e-commerce sellers, offering private label, OEM and ODM manufacturing with transparent processes from yarn to finished product.

At our production in Merkezefendi, Denizli, our main focus is knitted and woven fabric production, including plain-dyed and printed fabrics. Because fabric production is at the core of what we do, we can turn it into finished products to order and per project, keeping quality, colour and construction under control at every stage.

Whether you are a wholesaler looking for towels and bed linen or a brand building its own baby collection, we manage the whole process, from yarn and accessories to the finished, packed product. Our approach is straightforward: export-standard quality, transparent communication and long-term cooperation, with production planned to use resources efficiently and reduce waste and surplus stock.

Our Product Categories

We manufacture four product groups, from fabric through to finished, packed products. Every category can be produced under your brand or developed with you from the first sample.

Baby Textiles Baby TextilesBodysuits, sleeping bags, TOG-rated pyjama sets, children's bathrobes, hooded towels, blankets and muslin swaddles for ages 0–8, in cotton, organic cotton, modal and bamboo. Home Textiles Home TextilesBathrobes, duvet cover sets and bath mats for brands, concept stores and hotels, with embroidery, jacquard and custom labels. Fabric FabricKnitted and woven fabrics such as single jersey, interlock, rib, terry and muslin, plain-dyed or printed, supplied as roll fabric or developed to your specification.

Private Label, OEM & ODM Manufacturing

We work under two main models, Private Label (OEM) and Brand Label (ODM), and adapt them to how far your product is already defined. Many projects combine elements of both.

Private Label Manufacturing

We manufacture products under your brand name, finished with your brand labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging. Brand applications such as embroidered, printed or jacquard logos are chosen according to the product, so the goods arrive ready for your shelves or online store.

OEM Manufacturing

When your product is already defined, we produce it from your tech pack, a physical reference sample and your specifications. Fabric, weight, measurements, colours and trims are matched to your requirements and confirmed on a sample before bulk production begins.

ODM & Product Development

If you are starting from an idea, we develop the product with you, including the pattern, fabric, print or design and colour. As knitted and woven fabric production is our core activity, fabric construction, weight and finish can be developed for your product rather than chosen from a fixed range.

Flexible Solutions for New Brands

New brands often need a manufacturer that explains the options clearly and helps shape a first collection. We support you with material and product recommendations, sampling, labelling and packaging choices. We offer Flexible MOQ Options Depending on Product and Material, so quantities are discussed according to what you plan to produce.

From Product Idea to Export-Ready Production

Every project follows the same eight steps, so you always know where your order stands and what comes next.

  1. 1Product Brief

You share your product idea, tech pack or reference sample, together with target quantities, price level and timing.

  2. 2Sourcing

We select the yarn, fabric, trims and accessories that match the specification and your target price.

  3. 3Sample

A sample is made so that fabric, fit, colour and finish can be checked before production.

  4. 4Approval

You review the sample and confirm the details; any revisions are completed before bulk production is planned.

  5. 5Production

Fabric is knitted or woven, dyed or printed, then cut and sewn in line with the approved sample.

  6. 6Quality Control

Products are checked during and after production against the approved sample and agreed specifications.

  7. 7Packaging

Goods are labelled and packed according to your labels, hangtags and packaging requirements.

  8. 8Export

The shipment is prepared for export and delivered on the Incoterm agreed for the order, such as EXW, FOB or DAP.

Why International Buyers Work With DRU Textile

  • Over 60 years of manufacturing experience: deep roots in textile production, from fabric to finished goods.
  • More than 10 years of exporting: experience in preparing orders in line with the requirements of international buyers.
  • Knitted and woven fabric production at our core: we produce plain-dyed and printed fabrics and turn them into finished products.
  • Transparent, controlled processes: every stage, from yarn and accessories to fabric and the finished product, is managed openly and under control.

Quality and Certifications

Quality control follows each product from yarn and fabric to sewing and packing, and is carried out against the approved sample and agreed specifications. We work with three internationally recognised standards: GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and ISO 9001.

GOTS sets requirements for textiles made from organic fibres, covering both organic content and environmental and social criteria across processing. OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is a testing and certification system for textiles checked for harmful substances, and ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems. Certificate details, including certificate number, scope and validity, are shared on request.
