DRU Textile manufactures hotel textiles in Denizli, Turkey, for hotels, wholesalers, distributors, laundries, spas and project buyers. Our range covers towels, bathrobes, bath mats, bed sheets, duvet covers, slippers and pillows, produced to your specification with options for logo embroidery, jacquard designs and custom labelling. We handle both wholesale and private label orders, and every project goes through sampling and approval before bulk production begins.
We produce hotel textiles for buyers who need consistent quality across repeat orders: hotels and hotel groups renewing room and bathroom linen, wholesalers and distributors supplying the hospitality trade, laundries, spas and wellness centres, and purchasers working on new openings or refurbishment projects. Because each group buys differently, we agree specifications, quantities and delivery terms with you rather than working from a fixed catalogue.
Behind this is more than 60 years of textile manufacturing experience. Our production is centred primarily on knitted and woven fabrics, and we manage every stage, from yarn and accessories to fabric and the finished product, in a controlled and transparent way. You can work with us on a Private Label (OEM) basis, where we produce to your specification under your brand, or on a Brand Label (ODM) basis, where our team leads product development with you.
The products below cover the core textiles used in guest rooms, bathrooms and spa areas. Each item can be adapted in size, weight, colour and finish, and logo or label options are agreed during sampling.

Our terry production covers hotel towels and bath mats in a 300–800 GSM range, so the weight can be matched to the room category, the area of use and your laundry routine. Towels are woven in jacquard or plain weave, with dobby borders and logo embroidery as common finishing options.
Sizes, colours and border designs are produced to your specification. If you are replacing an existing line, we can work from a reference towel so that new stock sits comfortably alongside what is already in use.
Our hotel bathrobes are made from 100% cotton terry in the 380–450 GSM range, giving high absorbency and a comfortable weight for guests. They can be finished with logo embroidery for guest rooms, spas and wellness areas.
Colour, size range, embroidery position and packaging are agreed with you before production. If your project calls for a different construction, include the details in your enquiry and we will confirm what can be produced.
To complete the bathroom set, we also produce hotel slippers in terry or woven fabric. They are available as disposable or washable versions, with printed logo options.
We produce bed sheets and duvet cover sets from fabrics in a 145–400 TC range, in plain or striped designs and in plain or jacquard weave. Yarn options include cotton and cotton-polyester, chosen according to the feel you want and how the linen will be laundered.
Sheets, duvet covers and pillows are made to the dimensions of your beds, so new linen fits the mattresses and duvets already in use. The bedding range also includes hotel pillows with silicone or fibre filling options.
Most hotel buyers want their textiles to reflect the property's identity. Logo embroidery is available on towels and bathrobes, and printed logos are offered on hotel slippers. Placement, size and thread colours are confirmed on the sample before bulk production.
Jacquard weaving builds a logo or pattern into the fabric itself rather than adding it afterwards, giving towels and bed linen a woven-in finish. Dobby borders offer a simpler, structured detail on towels. Because jacquard designs require weaving set-up, minimums and timing for these orders are confirmed with the quotation.
The right weight and fabric construction make a noticeable difference to how hotel textiles feel, how long they last and how they perform in the laundry. The ranges below are what we produce, and we can help you narrow them down for your project.
GSM stands for grams per square metre and measures how heavy a terry fabric is. We produce terry products in a 300–800 GSM range. Lighter weights dry faster and are easier to manage in high-turnover laundries, while heavier weights feel denser and more absorbent and are often chosen for premium rooms and spas.
Heavier terry generally stands up better to frequent washing, but it also takes longer to dry, which affects laundry time and cost. Balancing these factors is usually the starting point when choosing a GSM.
Thread count is the number of threads woven into one square inch of fabric. We produce fabrics in a 145–400 TC range. A higher thread count generally gives a smoother, denser sheet, while a lower count is lighter and more breathable.
Thread count is not the only measure of quality: yarn, weave and finishing affect feel and durability just as much. We therefore recommend choosing TC together with the yarn type and the way the linen will be laundered.
Fabrics can be striped or plain, and woven in jacquard or plain weave. Yarn options include cotton and cotton-polyester, with blend ratios agreed per project.
We supply wholesale buyers and project purchasers on both one-off and repeat orders. We offer flexible MOQ options depending on product and material, and the minimum for each item is confirmed in your quotation.
Larger volumes generally allow more efficient production, and this is reflected in volume-based pricing. For repeat programmes, the approved sample and agreed specification remain the reference for later orders, helping reorders stay consistent with earlier deliveries.
Prices are calculated for each project rather than taken from a fixed list. The main factors are GSM, yarn, size, quantity, embroidery, packaging and delivery terms.
Our aim is to offer the highest quality we can at your target price level. If you have a budget in mind, share it with your enquiry and we will suggest specifications that work within it.
Many hotels already have towels, bathrobes or bed linen in use and need new stock that matches. You can send us a reference product or a written specification, and we develop a sample matched for weight, size, colour, weave and finishing details such as borders or embroidery.
The sample is reviewed and approved before bulk production starts, and the approved sample then becomes the reference for production and quality control. Sample timing and any costs are confirmed for each project.
Sampling sits within the eight-step process we follow for every order:
You share the products, quantities, target specifications and any reference samples or logo files.
We select yarns, fabrics and accessories that match the agreed specification.
A sample is produced so you can check weight, size, colour and finishing in hand.
Once you approve the sample, it becomes the reference for production and inspection.
Bulk production follows the approved sample and typically takes 20–40 days, depending on the order.
Products are checked for GSM, size, colour and stitching, followed by a final inspection.
Goods are packed and labelled to the order requirements.
The shipment is prepared on the delivery terms agreed for the order.
Hotel textiles are judged on consistency: a towel from a reorder should look and feel like the one already in the room. Because we manage every stage from yarn to finished product in a controlled and transparent way, issues can be traced and corrected where they arise. If your tender or purchasing policy requires certification documents, certificate details are shared on request.
Checks are made against the approved sample and the agreed specification, and typically cover:

Production lead time is typically 20–40 days, depending on the product, quantity and level of customisation. Sample development and transit time are planned separately, and the full schedule is confirmed with your order.
Packaging is agreed per order, for example bulk packing for laundries or individually packed items for guest-room use. Let us know your destination and preferred delivery terms when you request a quote, so they can be reflected in the price.
Tell us which products you need, your preferred GSM or thread count, quantities and delivery destination, and we will prepare a quotation for your project. If you would like to check the quality first, you can also request a sample.
