Private Label Baby & Children’s Textile Manufacturer in Turkey
DRU Textile supports new and established baby brands with private label production of baby and children’s textiles in Denizli, Turkey. We manufacture bodysuits, sleeping bags, TOG-rated pyjamas, bathrobes, hooded towels, beach ponchos, blankets and muslin swaddles in sizes from 0 to 8 years. Because we also produce knitted and woven fabrics, we can guide you from fabric choice and sampling to labelling, packaging and export, working to your own designs or from our existing range under your brand.
Baby Textile Manufacturing for New and Established Brands
We work with baby brands, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, importers and e-commerce sellers looking for a dependable private label manufacturer in Turkey. Some are preparing their first collection, while others are adding new products or moving established lines to a new supplier. In every case, the goods are produced to the agreed specification and finished under the customer’s own brand.
DRU Textile brings more than 60 years of textile manufacturing experience and over 10 years of export experience. We produce knitted and woven fabrics, both printed and plain-dyed, and turn them into finished baby products, so yarn, fabric, accessories and sewing are managed in one controlled and transparent process. You can work with us on a Private Label (OEM) basis with your own designs, or on a Brand Label (ODM) basis using our existing product designs.
Our Baby & Children’s Textile Products
The range below covers everyday, sleep and bath essentials for babies and children aged 0 to 8 years. Each product can be adapted in fabric, colour, size and branding to suit your collection.
Fabric choice shapes how a baby product feels, washes and lasts, so we agree it at the start of each project. Fibres and fabric structures are combined according to the product, the season and your target price. For sleeping bags, the fabric weight and knit technique are set to your request, in printed or plain-dyed fabric.
100% cotton: the base fibre for most of the range, from bodysuits and pyjamas to muslin swaddles, towels and bathrobes
Organic cotton: used for muslin swaddles and children’s bathrobes, and available to discuss for other products

Bamboo: used for children’s bathrobes and available for other products on request
Jersey: a soft knitted fabric suited to garments such as bodysuits, also used for baby blankets
French terry (2-thread): the breathable knit used for our 1.0 TOG pyjama sets
Muslin (single, double or multi-layer): for muslin swaddles in 100% cotton or organic cotton, in the size and pattern you need
Terry: towelling fabric for hooded towels, beach ponchos and children’s bathrobes
Waffle: a textured structure used for baby blankets
Pique: a textured knit used for baby blankets
Customisation Options
Each product can be adapted to your brand, your market and your price point. Bodysuits, for example, can be made with short or long sleeves, in a sleeveless strap style or with an envelope neckline. All options are agreed during development and confirmed on the sample before production begins.

Support for New Baby Brands
Launching a baby brand means making many decisions at once, often for the first time. We help you choose products and fabrics that suit your concept and target price, prepare a free pre-production sample, and plan labels, hangtags and packaging with you so that your first collection arrives ready for sale.
We offer flexible MOQ options depending on product and material, which makes it easier to start with a focused range and grow it once you see how it sells. Pricing is competitive and project-based, and the minimums for your chosen products are confirmed in the quotation.
Sampling, MOQ & Production Lead Times
Before bulk production, we provide a free pre-production sample so you can check fabric, fit, colour, print, labels and finishing. Any changes are agreed at this stage, and production starts only once you have approved the sample.
Minimum order quantities are flexible depending on product and material and are confirmed with each quotation. Production lead time is 20–45 days, depending on the product, fabric and order details, and the range is produced in sizes from 0 to 8 years.

Baby Textile Quality and Safety
Products for babies and young children call for careful choices of fabric, accessories and construction. We follow these details closely, from the first sample through to the packed order.
Certified Fabrics
Our baby and children’s range uses OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and GOTS certified fabrics. Certificate details are shared on request, so you can check them against your own compliance requirements.
Accessories and Child Safety
Sleeping bags are made with YKK® zips and accessories. Children’s bathrobes have a fixed belt system for child safety, so the belt stays attached to the robe, and they are finished to a high standard of sewing and make-up.
Controlled Production and Quality Checks
From yarn and accessories to fabric and the finished product, each stage is managed in a controlled and transparent way. Quality checks are carried out before packing, and finished goods are compared with the approved sample.
Private Label Production Process
Our private label projects follow eight clear steps, so you know what happens at each stage and when your input is needed.
1Product Brief
You share your product list, target market, estimated quantities and any designs, references or price targets. We review the brief and come back with questions and suggestions.
2Fabric and Product Selection
We recommend fibres, fabric structures, weights and accessories for each item, and agree sizes, colours and branding details with you.
3Sample
We prepare a free pre-production sample so you can check fabric, fit, colour, print, labels and finishing.
4Approval
You approve the sample or request changes. The approved sample then becomes the reference for bulk production.
5Production
Fabric and accessories are prepared, and the products are cut, sewn and finished. Production lead time is 20–45 days, depending on product and order.
6Quality Control
Before packing, finished goods are checked against the approved sample for measurements, workmanship, accessories and labelling.
7Packaging
Products are labelled, tagged and packed according to the packaging details agreed with you.
8Export
Shipments are prepared from Denizli. Delivery can be arranged on common Incoterms such as EXW, FOB or DAP; the right option is agreed for each order.
