Export-Standard Production

Private Label & Wholesale Home Textile Manufacturer in Turkey

DRU Textile manufactures bathrobes, duvet cover sets and bath mats in Denizli, Turkey, for retailers, wholesalers, marketplace sellers, concept stores and private-label brands. With more than 60 years of textile manufacturing experience behind us, we produce to your specifications under Private Label or develop products together with you under Brand Label. Yarn, weight, size, design, labels and packaging can be tailored to your range, and a free pre-production sample is provided before bulk production.

Home Textile Manufacturing for Retailers and Wholesalers

We work with retailers, wholesalers and distributors who need home textiles of consistent quality for their stores and customers, and with marketplace and e-commerce sellers building their own product ranges. Concept stores can develop distinctive, design-led collections with us, while private-label brands can rely on us as a manufacturing partner for products sold under their own name.

Whatever your sales channel, the starting point is the same: your product brief, target price and market. From there we suggest suitable yarns, weights and finishes, aiming for accessible premium quality – the highest achievable quality at your target price level – produced to export standards with long-term cooperation in mind.

Private Label Collection Development

We offer two ways of working. With Private Label (OEM), we manufacture to your own designs, specifications and brand identity. With Brand Label (ODM), we develop products together with you, drawing on our fabric and product development experience, and prepare them for sale under your brand.

Whether you are launching a first home textile line or extending an existing range, every collection follows the same structured process, so you know what happens at each stage.

  1. 1Product brief

You share the products, planned quantities, target price, market and any design references.

  2. 2Sourcing

We select suitable yarns, fabrics and accessories based on your brief.

  3. 3Sample

A free pre-production sample is prepared so you can check handle, weight, size and finish.

  4. 4Approval

Your comments are reviewed, any revisions are made and the final specification is confirmed.

  5. 5Production

Bulk production follows the approved sample and specification.

  6. 6Quality control

Products are checked during and after production against the approved standard.

  7. 7Packaging

Items are labelled and packed according to your requirements.

  8. 8Export

The order is prepared for shipment on the agreed delivery terms.

Fabric, Yarn and Quality Options

The feel, weight and performance of a home textile product start with the yarn and fabric. We help you choose a combination that suits your market, price level and care expectations.

Yarn Options

Bathrobes can be produced with Ring, Zero Twist, Micro Cotton or bamboo yarns, and bath mats with cotton or Micro Cotton yarns. In general terms, the options differ as follows:

  • Ring: a strong, durable cotton yarn with a smooth handle, well suited to everyday use.
  • Zero Twist: a yarn with very little twist, giving a softer, fuller pile and a light, airy feel.
  • Micro Cotton: made from finer cotton fibres for a dense, plush surface and a soft handle.
  • Bamboo: gives a smooth, silky handle and a subtle sheen; blend ratios are agreed per project.

Fabric Composition

Duvet cover sets can be produced in 100% cotton, cotton-polyester and other fabrics. Cotton is valued for its breathability and natural feel, while cotton-polyester blends are generally chosen for easier care and better crease resistance. The right choice depends on your market, price point and how the product will be used.

Weight (GSM) and Thread Count (TC)

GSM (grams per square metre) shows the weight of a fabric. Lower weights feel lighter and dry more quickly, while higher weights feel denser and more substantial.

Thread count (TC) is the number of threads woven into one square inch of fabric. Higher counts generally give a smoother, denser fabric, although yarn quality and weave also shape the final feel.

  • Bathrobes: 300–500 GSM
  • Duvet cover sets: 145–400 TC
  • Bath mats: 450–900 GSM

Custom Prints, Colours and Embroidery

Design options depend on the product. Duvet cover sets can be plain dyed, printed, striped or woven in sateen, in the sizes and designs you need. Bathrobes are available in shawl collar, kimono and hooded styles with jacquard patterns and embroidery, while bath mats come in plain dyed, jacquard and bordered designs.

Colour references, artwork and logo files are reviewed at the start of each project. Colour, design placement and embroidery size are then checked on the pre-production sample, so everything is approved before bulk production.

  • Plain dyed fabrics in your chosen colours
  • Printed designs, with reactive, pigment or digital printing selected according to the fabric and artwork
  • Striped and sateen weave fabrics for bedding
  • Jacquard patterns on bathrobes and bath mats
  • Bordered designs on bath mats
  • Embroidery and logo application

Custom Labels and Retail Packaging

Private-label products should carry your brand clearly. Your custom labels and logo can be applied to the products, and labels, hangtags and packaging can be prepared to your design.

If your retailer or marketplace has specific requirements for labelling, care instructions or packaging, please include them in your brief. They are reviewed before sampling and confirmed with the pre-production sample, so the finished goods are prepared for your sales channel.

MOQ, Sampling and Production Lead Times

Quantities, samples and timelines are planned with you for each project, based on the product and its specification.

Flexible MOQ Options Depending on Product and Material

Minimum order quantities vary with the product, yarn, fabric and level of customisation. Minimums are confirmed with each quotation, so you can plan your first order and future reorders realistically.

Free Pre-Production Sample

Before bulk production begins, we provide a free pre-production sample for home textile orders. It allows you to check handle, weight, size, colour and finish, and any changes are agreed before production starts.

Production Lead Times

Lead times for home textiles depend on the product, quantity, materials and level of customisation. The production schedule is agreed per order and confirmed once the sample and specification have been approved.

Quality Control and Product Testing

Quality is managed from yarn to finished product. Yarn, fabric, sewing, measurements and finishing are checked at different stages of production, and finished goods are compared with the approved sample before packing.

If your market or customers require specific product tests – for example on weight, dimensional change after washing, colour fastness or composition – these are arranged according to your requirements and agreed at the start of the project.

Where certified materials are required, such as OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 or GOTS, please include this in your brief; certificate details are shared on request.

Wholesale and Volume-Based Pricing

Whether you are a wholesaler planning regular volumes or a brand placing a first collection order, pricing is prepared around your product, quantities and target price. Order volume is taken into account, so planned quantities and repeat orders are reflected in the quotation.

Competitive Project-Based Pricing

Each quotation is prepared for your specific product rather than taken from a fixed price list. Our aim is accessible premium – the highest achievable quality at your target price level. The main factors that shape the price are:

  • Product type and size
  • Yarn type and fabric composition
  • Weight (GSM) or thread count (TC)
  • Design details such as print, jacquard, border or embroidery
  • Label and packaging requirements
  • Order quantity
  • Delivery terms

Export and Delivery Support

With more than 10 years of experience in textile exports, we prepare home textile orders for buyers in international markets. Delivery can be arranged on common Incoterms such as EXW, FOB or DAP; the right option is agreed for each order.

Packing and shipment details are confirmed together with the order, so goods are prepared in line with your logistics and receiving requirements. If you have specific carton marking or shipping instructions, please share them early in the process.
